My professional journey underpins how I work. I began my career in law, moved into corporate management, and later became the co-owner and managing director of a growing business. I understand the weight of leadership, the pressure of high-stakes decisions, and the reality of managing teams while keeping a business moving forward. I also know what it takes to build a company without the early support of full HR, marketing, or operational structures, and to stay resilient when responsibility falls squarely on the leader.

These experiences shape every engagement. There is a deep understanding of the complexity and isolation that often accompany leadership and of the internal shifts required to lead with confidence and intent. Clients work with me for clear thinking, practical insight, and a partnership that balances challenge with genuine support.
