At my core, I am a builder. I am drawn to meaningful problems and to the work of solving them properly, and I believe the right conversations, in the right rooms, with the right people, can change what a business becomes. That belief sits behind everything I do.
I know this work from the inside. My path ran through law, into corporate management, and on to co-owning and running a growing business as managing director. I understand the weight of leadership, the pressure of high-stakes decisions, and what it takes to keep a business moving when the responsibility sits squarely with you. I also know what it takes to build a company without the early support of full HR, marketing, or operational structures and to stay steady when so much rests on the leader.
My work goes beyond traditional coaching. It brings together leadership development, peer advisory board facilitation, strategic planning, and management capability building for organisations that are serious about performance and long-term sustainability.
My approach is practical and solution-driven. I work with leaders to cut through the noise, connect people, strategy, and execution, and stay focused on what truly drives results. I create high-trust spaces where leaders can pause, think clearly, challenge their assumptions, and make confident, well-considered decisions.
What changes through this work is simple. Leaders feel less alone in the decisions that matter. Teams start pulling in the same direction. Businesses begin to run on clarity and disciplined execution rather than constant firefighting.
