My professional journey underpins how I work. I began my career in law, moved into corporate management, and later became the co-owner and managing director of a growing business. I understand the weight of leadership, the pressure of high-stakes decisions, and the reality of managing teams while keeping a business moving forward. I also know what it takes to build a company without the early support of full HR, marketing, or operational structures, and to stay resilient when responsibility falls squarely on the leader.
These experiences shape every engagement. There is a deep understanding of the complexity and isolation that often accompany leadership and of the internal shifts required to lead with confidence and intent.
